Shipping & Processing

US Domestic Shipping & Processing Times
Once an order is received, there will be a sewing & processing time of 3-5 days. Shipping is calculated based on carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS) and shipping times will be calculated accordingly. Katz Kraftz can not promise next day or 2-day shipping. Most of Katz Pet Kraftz products are made to order or custom prints and will have a sewing & processing time, as stated above.

International Shipping
Once an order is received , there is a 3-5 day sewing & processes time. Shipping is calculated based on carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS) and shipping times will be calculated accordingly. Katz Kraftz can not promise next day or 2-day shipping. Most of Katz Kraftz products are made to order or custom prints and will have a sewing & processing time, as stated above. International orders may be delayed, due to customs. Once the Katz Pet Kraftz package has left United States customs, we no longer have access to delivery expectations.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges
There will be a 5 day return window from the day of delivery. Katz Pet Kraftz will provide the customer with a ‘return label’ and tracking. Upon Katz Pet Kraftz receiving the item, a refund will be made. If the item is damaged, at the discretion of Kat, there will not be a refund.

Returns are not available for custom made products.

Damaged Items:
Each Katz Pet Kraftz item is inspected before shipping to the customer. Kat puts a lot of pride in shipping the best quality products. Once an item has been received by the customer, it is then the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product for quality measures.
